Warranty

At EPLAB, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent warranty policy for all our customers. Our warranty coverage complies with current European Union laws and is divided into two categories: Private Customers (B2C) and Business Customers (B2B).

What is covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Non-conformities existing at the time of delivery

  • Functional issues not caused by misuse or wear and tear

What we offer:

If a defect arises within 2 years of receiving the product, we will:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace it with a new one,depending on the case

What is not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, cables) unless defective on arrival

  • Products that have been opened or tampered with without our written authorization

Opening or disassembling our products without prior permission voids the warranty entirely. No customer is allowed to open, modify, or repair our products unless we provide written instructions to do so in specific cases.

For Business Customers (B2B)

If you are purchasing as a company, reseller, or professional (with a valid VAT number), different warranty terms apply. Under EU law, the legal consumer protection rules do not extend to B2B transactions.

Warranty Terms:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard commercial warranty for B2B purchases is 12 months from the date of delivery.

 

Important notes:

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only

  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice)

  • Any commercial or contractual warranties beyond 12 months must be agreed upon at the time of sale

  • The warranty is void if the product is opened or tampered with without written authorization from us

Unauthorized opening or modification of the product immediately voids the warranty. Only our technical team or authorized personnel may inspect or repair the item, unless we explicitly authorize the customer to proceed.

We recommend that business clients inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To open a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Order number or invoice

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video if possible

We will assess your request and offer the appropriate solution (repair, replacement, or refund) based on the warranty terms that apply to your case.
