1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. 3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. 5. Serve and enjoy!

1. Slice chicken and vegetables. 2. Stir-fry chicken until cooked. 3. Add vegetables, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. 4. Cook until vegetables are tender. 5. Serve over rice.
